StillRecommended Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 00000000, registered office [address]. VAT number 000 0000 00. Contact: hello@stillrecommended.co.uk. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person or business ordering a report.
A one-off written report recording the businesses named by named AI assistants in response to a fixed set of questions, for the industry and areas you give us, on the dates we run the check. Delivered as a PDF by email, normally within three working days.
You are not buying a subscription, a service that continues after delivery, access to a platform, or any form of ongoing monitoring. No account is created for you and there is nothing to cancel.
We do not promise that you will be recommended by any AI assistant, that your position will improve, or that the answers recorded in your report will stay the same. AI assistants change their answers over time and may personalise them to the person asking. The report is a record of what was said on the dates printed on it.
We do not provide search engine optimisation, advertising, website work, listing management or marketing services of any kind, and nothing in the report should be read as a guarantee of work won or lost.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name, industry, areas, rivals and listings you enter on the order form. Where the report repeats something you told us — for example which directories you believe you appear on — it is printed as your own answer and clearly marked unverified. We do not check it.
The price shown at the time you order, including VAT, is payable once, at the time of ordering, by card. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. A VAT receipt is emailed with the report. There are no recurring charges and no stored payment method.
If we cannot run the check for your industry or areas, we refund in full and tell you why. If you change your mind before we have started the check, email us and we refund in full.
Once the report has been delivered it cannot be returned, and we do not refund on the basis that you did not like the findings — the findings are the product. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel a digital service within 14 days where that right applies and the service has not yet been supplied with your agreement.
The report is yours to keep, print, and show to whoever you like, including another marketing supplier. Please don't republish it as your own work or resell it. Agencies buying reports for clients may put their own name and logo on the cover under a separate agency agreement.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, Google Business Profile, Checkatrade, Gas Safe Register or any other organisation named in a report. Business names appear because an assistant said them, or because you asked us to track them. If a business believes it is described inaccurately, email us and we'll correct our record.
The report is information, not advice, and business decisions you take after reading it are yours. Our total liability in connection with a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. Complaints go to hello@stillrecommended.co.uk and are answered by a person, normally within two working days. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you ordered, and we keep dated copies.
